Last night, Sophie joined saxphonist Natalie Marchenko (Munich) to perform for the launch of Dream Hotels, Cochin India.

Next year, in January 2010, Sophie will take a break for some volunteer work in Africa in Malawi, at World Camp for Kids, a non-profit organization committed to empowering children in impoverished communities around the world through education. Sophie Just back from Tokyo where she performed @ the launch of the new flagship store for 7 For All Mankind. Last night at home in Sydney, Sophie performed at the opening of the Quattro Exhibition Sydney featuring photos of Sophie by Gino Nalini (as published by Black & White Magazine, issue 85).

Last Wednesday, Sophie performed at the Piano Room Sydney with a number of acts including Joanna Corcoran, Mirrah Reflects and MC Bianca Dye. The event raised over $20,000.00 for the Red Cross aid of the Victorian Bushfire victims in Australia. Sophie is in the studio working on new music. She is also preparing to perform in Tokyo on 11th March for the launch of a new flagship store for the fashion label 7 For All Mankind Japan. Also, Sophie is now endorsed by Maurizio Morucci Italy (MAMO) and currently appears in his advertising campaign.

Sophie will celebrate & perform on New Year’s Eve in Istanbul, one of many performances at 360 Istanbul during December and January. Following this Sophie will perform at the official Australia Day event for the High Commission of Australia at Australia House, London.

Sophie has just returned from a month in Europe, performing in London, Paris and Hamburg. last night Sophie performed at the Hunter Medical Research Association's 10th Anniversary Ball in Newcastle Australia, which raised $126,000.00 for their work.

Sophie recorded a live performance & interview for the Susie Show, Channel 9 WIN Television this morning! Airing soon! On 13th March, she performed last night for the 2007 MEA NSW Awards at the Darling Harbour Convention & Exhibition Centre Ballroom. Pero Entertainment joined her creating a spectacular presentation of music and dance.

Last night, Sophie joined tabla player Amaan Ali Khan, son of Ustab Sabir Khan and grandson of the legendary tabla player Ustad Keramatullah Khan from India, Percussionist - Taufiq Quereshi, Sarod Player - Amaam Ali Bangash, one of the best known young talents to be emerging from India to perform at a special event for Pernod Ricard.

this time, Sophie spent a month in France, where she completed a photographic project with Parisian photographer Gerard Marche, entitled 'The Violinist in Paris'. Sophie also performed in Paris at the June in Paris Festival, the Music Hall and the Six-Seven Club.
